Shipping Policy For Website

Once your item has shipped, you will receive tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are concerned about your package being stolen please have it sent to an alternate location or choose "Signature Confirmation" for your shipping option.


We do not accept returns/exchanges unless item arrives damaged.


We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose gems, etc). 


A replacement of the exact item will be sent or store credit will be given (based on our discretion) upon the return of the defective item. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item(s) back we will credit the original payment method for the shipping cost. Items must be sent back within 2 business days.


If a package is sent and is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address given or incomplete/incorrect information, once the item is received back to us the customer will be responsible for a $5 reship fee. If the reshipping fee is not paid a refund will be given less the cost of our shipping fees for restocking as we do not accept returns. 


SHIPPING NOTE:

CUSTOM ITEMS take around 3-5 weeks to receive.
If you select Express Shipping upon checkout for CUSTOM ITEM:
(Ex: 2 day or next day this does not expedite the making of your custom item. This simply means you will receive your chain a day or two quicker once we complete the making of it.)
